Yes. Red Light Therapy uses very low levels of heat that do not hurt or burn the skin. Unlike tanning booths, Red Light Therapy won’t expose skin to damaging UV rays. 


RLT is more effective if you keep up with treatments on a regular basis. For anti-aging, for example, most professionals recommend 2-3 treatments per week. How often you use light therapy is often dependent on your time and monetary budget.


The recommended duration of red light therapy sessions varies depending on the specific device and the condition being treated. Generally, most sessions last between 10 and 20 minutes.

  • Gentle Warmth:You might feel a slight warming sensation on your skin, but it shouldn't be uncomfortable.
